Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds. We value customer satisfaction so if you receive the wrong items or damaged items, please let us know by emailing  info@phyliciafrench.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please be sure to include photos of wrong/damaged items and we will sort that out for you.

Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted. Please be sure to double check all details in your order before submitting it.
