I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow up to 5 business days for production and 7-10 business days to ship. As a small business, we appreciate your patience. Most items are created on demand.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds. We value customer satisfaction so if you receive the wrong items or damaged items, please let us know by emailing email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please be sure to include photos of wrong/damaged items and we will sort that out for you.
Can I cancel my order? I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
To serve you better, we will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted. Please be sure to double check all details in your order before submitting it.
I did not receive my full order. What happened to my remaining items?
Your items may be shipped from different distributors. Please do not worry. You will receive a tracking number for all separately shipped items.
My tracking number shows my items have been delivered, but I have not received them. What should I do?
Please contact your local USPS Postal Office. Tote bags are shipped through DHL Ecommerce. However, DHL Ecommerce partners with the local USPS Postal Office for deliveries. If you have issues with your delivery, please contact them.
I don't see the answer to my question, can you please help?
